Meet Our Doctors
Owner and founder of Ultrasound Solutions, Dr. Napier is a Nashville native who began her journey in veterinary medicine at Hillsboro Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant in 1987. She graduated from Auburn University CVM in 1996 and after three years in mixed animal, small animal and emergency practice in Georgia, returned to Nashville in 1999. Becoming aware of the limited availability of ultrasound technology to the small animal practitioners in Nashville, she launched Ultrasound Solutions in March 2000 in order to make the power of ultrasound available to all small animal veterinarians in Nashville and the surrounding communities. As an augment to her professional practice, Dr. Napier also serves as an ultrasound consultant to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere working with clinical cases and in research. She is particularly fond of the prenatal Giant anteater and is developing a body of normal measurements to predict gestational age in this species. She is the proud wife of a Nashville firefighter and mother of three frequently ultrasounded children and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and pets camping and trail riding.
